My journey
From Senegal to ASTA Technology Solution
My name is Ibrahima Coulibaly, and I'm the founder of ASTA Technology Solution.
My journey began in Senegal, West Africa. I moved to the United States to pursue my education in technology and earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Security from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.
Through hands-on roles in IT support and cybersecurity, I've helped organizations troubleshoot technology challenges, strengthen security, and keep essential systems running.
Along the way, I saw how much small businesses depend on technology—and how difficult it can be to find reliable, approachable support. I wanted to build a company that could help close that gap.
“I started ASTA because I believe every small business deserves access to reliable, secure, and affordable technology. Our communities are full of talented entrepreneurs, and my goal is to help them build businesses that can thrive in today's digital world.”— Ibrahima Coulibaly, Founder
A name with meaning
Why ASTA?
ASTA is named in honor of my mother. It's a personal reminder of where I come from and the people whose support helped shape my journey.
That meaning guides the way I want this company to operate: with respect, dedication, and a genuine commitment to helping people succeed.
